The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace to burn in, a newly built guest house and a large, nice wood-fired sauna. All materials are consistently exclusive and the house is built in 2023 via the house supplier "Sommarnöje". Both houses have a beautiful terrace all around, which means that you can always enjoy the sun in several places. A path leads down to a jetty and invites you to swim.

Welcome to a cozy and fresh cottage in Simpnäs! Here, you are close to beautiful cliffs, sandy beaches and a café in a genuine archipelago village. Until the 2021 season, the cottage was of a simpler standard. Now, we offer a newly renovated cottage for 2 or 3 people (family bunk bed). Stove/oven, fridge and microwave. Hot water, toilet, and shower. The cottage has a large terrace and is secluded. There is good transportation from, among other places, Stockholm by car, bus or boat. Bus 636 or Waxholmsbolaget's Sjöbris via Arholma.

In the Roslagen archipelago, just 90 km from Stockholm, is this holiday home from the 60s (designed by the architect Kerstin Gåsste). The house, which is located in a classic, quiet vacation home area, is a 2-minute walk from the water. In the area, there is a child-friendly swimming area with both a sandy beach and a jetty. The house has 6 beds (newly purchased in 2022), a dining area for 6 people and a kitchen with china for up to 12 people.
