Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sinbuk-eup

We had a fantastic 5-day stay! The unit was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, making it a very comfortable home base for our trip. The location was also excellent, with easy access to both subway stations and bus stops, which made getting around the city a breeze. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, answering all our questions quickly and providing everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

숙소 설명과 다르지 않았어요. 위치도 찾기 쉽고 숙소 내부가 깨끗하고 청결해서 잘 쉬었어요. 편의점이 일층에 있어서 편했어요.

한달 조금 넘게 생활했는데 호스트님도 너무 친절하시고 집도 깔끔하고 너무 좋았습니다 잘 지내다가 갑니다.

The place was so much nicer in real life — the photos really didn’t do it justice! Everything was spotless, and the furniture looked brand new. They even had a bidet, which was a big plus for us lol. While the location is a bit further from major tourist spots like Insadong or Myeongdong, it’s very close to a large traditional market in Dongdaemun that I ended up visiting three times. The market is massive and full of character — they sell everything from fruits to food, and it gave me a real glimpse into local life. The host was also super accommodating and allowed both early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was really happy with the stay and would definitely recommend it!

Appartement bien entretenu. Hôte disponible et réactif, les instructions données étaient claires et précises. Quartier paisible, les lignes de métro et bus disponibles à proximité. Je recommande vivement .👍🏻

호스트님 정말 친절하시고 집이 깨끗하고 지내기 정말 편했습니다. 중장기 숙박으로 최고인 숙소입니다. 곳곳에 수납공간이 많아서 집이 깨끗한 상태로 작업에 집중하기 정말 좋았습니다. 추석 앞뒤로 혼자만의 공간이 필요했는데 흠 잡을 곳이 없었어요. 인테리어나 수납 꿀팁도 배워가실 수 있으세요! ㅋㅋ 압구정로데오 쪽 맛집 배달 받을 수 있고 한강 및 오솔길 걸으면서 힐링도 가능합니다 ㅎㅎ 주차도 편하게 했구요. 경비아저씨도 무척 친절하세요. 원하시는 날짜에 예약이 열려있다면 진심 주저마시고 예약 고고하시는 것 추천합니다. 아침에 일어나서 들어오는 햇살과 푸른하늘 그리울 것 같습니다! 😊

Emily was the best host ever! she was so good with communication and just there to help by text. It was spotlessly cleaned. The apartment was quiet and I really had a good rest. The kitchen has all what you need for cooking and the doubled bed was perfect. I can only recommend this place is you need a nice and healing place in Seoul.

Very convenient location, comfortable beds. Has all the amenities a traveler would need. Be mindful of the shower wand placement or water will go outside the bathroom. For Americans, the dryer function takes 3x longer than at home so allow a min of 3.5 hrs for the dryer.

너무 친철한 호스트님 덕분에 내집같이 편안히 지내다 갑니다 자상하시고 넘 좋으셔서 기분좋게 머물다 갑니다 주변에 맛집들도 많고 걸어서 다니기에 좋은 위치에 있습니다 재방문 의사 있습니다

엄마 생신겸 가족들과 갔는데 다들 만족했어요 처음엔 1층과 2,3 층이 분리되어있어 당황했는데 코고는 남자들과 따로자니 고요하고 좋았네요~ 식기도 넉넉했고~ 아이들은 보드게임이며 책이며 놀거리가 많아서 심심할틈 없었네요~ 잘 놀다왔어요

The location was excellent. We found a fantastic BBQ restaurant nearby that was the best food we had in all of Seoul. Achi was an incredible host. Very attentive and gave great local recommendations. He even had a special treat delivered because I told him we were celebrating my parents 54th wedding anniversary. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The only caution is that if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, you have to walk uphill slightly to get to the apartment and there are a couple of stairs to climb.

Una muy linda experiencia en este alojamiento, ideal para familias o viaje con amigos y moverse en transporte público es muy fácil desde este lugar. Nos encanto el espacio dentro del departamento muy amplio y cómodo. Sin duda volvería a reservarlo si tuviera que volver.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, including the subway, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Host speaks English well and is exceptionally helpful. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Shinki, for making our time in Korea so pleasant.

Jay’s home is located near Mt. Dobong, one of Seoul’s most scenic and popular hiking destinations. The house is conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from both Subway Line 1 and Line 7 stations. We stayed at Jay’s house as a family of five — two young children, a grandmother, and a couple. The home was very comfortable and made our time in Korea truly special. Jay was always kind and quick to respond. Thank you so much!

More beautiful in real life, the views are incredible as is the comfort. Locate is great, right next to the subway, a beautiful temple and a shopping mall with the famous book store but more importantly the area is still quiet. Chris was an amazing host, left clear instructions and quick to response to any questions asked. Would say here again
