Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sinbuk-eup

I've been living for a little over a month. The host was very kind The house was tidy and really nice. I had a good stay.

It was clean and friendly, so I used it well. ^ ^

It was close to Korea University Station and very clean. The hosts were kind and responded quickly. I'm coming for the second time already, but next time I go to Seoul, I'll go here again.

Despite its incredibly convenient location—surrounded by a variety of restaurants, shops, and with easy access to Gangnam, Seoul South Korea—the place was always quiet and peaceful, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, I could feel the host's thoughtful attention to detail. The space was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared, with everything I could possibly need thoughtfully provided. I especially appreciated the stylish, trendy touches and the fact that all amenities were new and carefully selected. This is a place I would confidently recommend to travelers from around the world. It’s safe, comfortable, and truly feels like a home away from home. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jason, the host, who was incredibly responsive and clear in all his communication. Thanks to this lovely place and kind host, my vacation was both relaxing and memorable.

I stayed about 3 weeks at Raymond’s place, the experience was fabulous and much better than expected. It’s clean, peaceful, quiet, convenient and it provides everything a sweet home needs. I highly recommend Raymond’s space.

Because of the wedding, there were a lot of households coming up from the province, so I used it as an air bnb. It was an excellent choice. The place was so clean, comfortable, and the lady who ran it was very kind. Access to Seoul was also very easy.

The location is really nice. It's close to the subway station, and it was convenient and nice to have everything outside the house. I stayed here for a while, but the bedding is comfortable and the room is spacious, so I can stay really comfortable. I recommend it as the best place to enjoy shopping and vacationing in the city.

Very convenient location, comfortable beds. Has all the amenities a traveler would need. Be mindful of the shower wand placement or water will go outside the bathroom. For Americans, the dryer function takes 3x longer than at home so allow a min of 3.5 hrs for the dryer.

Yuri’s place was clean and conveniently located near good restaurants and attractions. She is extremely communicative and answers our questions thoughtfully. Her place was equipped with travel essentials such as chargers and toothbrushes. The building however lacks elevator and is located on a somewhat busy street with one exposure.

Grace was super helpful during our stay. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice.

I went with my mom's birthday and family, and everyone was happy. At first, I was embarrassed that the first and second and third floors were separated. Snoring was serene and nice to sleep separately from the men ~ There were plenty of dishes ~ The children were board games, books, and lots of entertainment, so I couldn't be bored ~ I had a good time

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

Jay’s home is located near Mt. Dobong, one of Seoul’s most scenic and popular hiking destinations. The house is conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from both Subway Line 1 and Line 7 stations. We stayed at Jay’s house as a family of five — two young children, a grandmother, and a couple. The home was very comfortable and made our time in Korea truly special. Jay was always kind and quick to respond. Thank you so much!

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
