The place is great! exactly as in the pictures. All well clean and organized; all well complete, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and living room. Fernanda is very capricious and attentive to details. Township provides many indications and responds fast. Very quiet place, private and very close (by car) to important establishments. The apartment is brand new! (If you go to any event at the acrinorte this is your place because you always avoid traffic). Bed linen and bath linen included and of quality. The bathroom has hot water. The TV is smart and the kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, sandwich maker and electric kettle. The only weakness is that there is no walking distance in the vicinity of a grocery store, bakery, market and is a little away from the center.
