Villa vacation rentals in Sint Maarten

My wife and I enjoyed an 8-night stay celebrating our anniversary. The home was better than described and the pictures were as real as when we walked in. Million-dollar view from the kitchen, family room, master bedroom, as well as from the deck and deck pool. Simply amazing! Hundreds of Sailboats each day were an amazing site, cruise ships lit up like Christmas during the evenings, beach access was easy, and the island of Saint Maartin was an absolute joy. Easy access to everything from this home and no more than a 20–30-minute drive and you'd be at the furthest point on the island. Spectacular home in which we will cherish the memories forever. Hope to revisit in the future!! All Laura's suggestions and references were spot on! For those of you whom like to both eat out and or eat in, all the suggestions for local shops were tremendous for our cooking requirements, from fresh seafood markets to local grocery shopping. Lastly, the prop. mgr., Lynn was a top notch & accessible!

Absolutely gorgeous, and honestly, a true home away from home. So clean, comfortable, and views for days! We miss it already! We will definitely be back next time we visit St. Martin!!

Definitely a Jewel at the best location to move around SXM... Very Comfy, Clean and it had generator which was used during our stay because the power was being taken off certain hours per day... We will definitely come back and thanks for the great service

This property had an excellent location. Very peaceful, relaxing, and not far from many restaurants and experiences. Host was always responsive and had very clear instructions for everything. I would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Sugarbird Nest was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. During our 2 week holiday Ariana was always available to offer suggestions on places to visit on the island, and restaurants to eat. We really enjoyed walking into Philipsburg and watching the cruise ships come and go. Our view of Great Bay and Divi Little Bay was wonderful. Fiona and Bobby were great animals “hosts” as well. The pictures shown are exactly like it is, and the space was bigger than we expected. There were so many great amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb. We will be back.

Nick’s was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of traveling! It was cozy, comfy and very clean! We were really impressed how much Nick communicated with us and made sure we had what we need.

this villa was fantastic. private, high up on a hill, with views of oyster pond and the Caribbean Sea and St Barth's beyond. Infinity pool had the best views and the temperature was between 23-26C during our stay. pool was large and adequately deep. patio gets excellent morning and mid afternoon sun to about 3pm, then disappears behind the mountain. lots of patio loungers, chairs and two umbrellas for shade. looks even better in real life than the pictures. large master bedroom with views, and two smaller bedrooms with partial views. very spacious, surrounded by wildlife ( saw a family of monkeys in the area during our stay). would definitely recommend having a rental car here to take full advantage of the area. the driveway is steep so a little car may spin tires or scrape, but our small Hyundai sedan made it up on partially bald tires. AC only in bedrooms but if you have the patio doors open and ceiling fan on it didn't feel hot. would definitely recommend for people who want space

the house is BEAUTIFUL! the bathrooms don’t have doors besides the one upstairs when u first walk in. very spacious. keep the doors closed so the mosquitos don’t get in. there is a hill to hike every time u leave lol, the view at the top makes it more enjoyable tho. the views all around this house are 10’s. no complaints besides the location being extremely far from a lot of things and a couple of the sheets had stains. It can be a little difficult to find too but once you do…. it’s amazing! rose comes and cleans during the week. this house has literally anything u could think of for a chef to prepare and serve with. it is also located in a gated community. i’d definitely come back for another group trip.

Wonderful stay at this super clean well equipped villa. Spacious and matches the description online. The outdoor patio and pool area is nice with great views. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very flexible on check in and check out times. Extremely responsive. Stocked the fridge with complimentary drinks including wine and beer. The daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise and explained why the place was in pristine condition. A great casual villa for a family or group of friends to enjoy the west Indies islands. Loved it.

We can’t say enough how much we love this place. It was perfect for our adult family of 5. Loved the location. Beachfront was less than 2 minutes walk. The bedroom views were stunning and beds so comfortable. Kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. Loved the few stocked items when we arrived. Being close to the hotel and the Veranda store and cafe made everything even more perfect. We loved our pool and beach days in and also a great location to explore the island. Thank you for the great hospitality!!!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

Beautiful villa that was exactly like the photos but better. The beach club down the street is a gem. Great pool and amenities. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

Our stay at Sea Haven was amazing! We had great weather and could walk down and swim at Dawn Beach almost every afternoon. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday, nighttime swimming was their favourite! The home was in a great location but definitely need a car. Sleeping accommodations worked out well for us, my parents stayed in the bedroom in the main house, my 2 kids and us in the two bedrooms underneath. I would definitely return and stay again. Thank you Esheen for making our stay so wonderful and stress-free!!

Nous avons adoré la Villa L’arrivée c’est bien fait seulement la Villa n’avait pas été bien nettoyé et manquait un peu d’amour. Nous avons informé l’équipe de IRE et la même journée et un ménage supplémentaire à été fait ce qui a aidé à la situation. Comme les commentaires précédant la vue et le calme de cette endroit magnifique. Nous avons séjournés avec nos enfants et petit enfants et tous ont adorés leur séjours Nous avons fait le tour de l’île plusieurs fois et Indigo bay est très bien situé. Les couchers de Soleil et la parade des bateaux croisières étaient une activité aimé de tous Merci à l’équipe IRE pour leur réponse rapide Nous recommandons la Villa Indigo

Bruno and Isabelle were amazing hosts. I would 10/10 recommend this Airbnb. Pictures do it no justice the place is beautiful in person. They made sure my party and I were safe and answered any questions that we had. I will be returning back to stay there!

From the breathtaking view to your own private pool, this is one of the best Airbnb you could ever stayed in. The location is amazing as it is nestled within a very quiet neighborhood on the Dutch side. Perfect for our family with three young children with plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful island

Great place with an amazing view. Could walk to town in 20mins. House was perfect for our group with en-suite bedrooms. The pool was great. Saul was very responsive and friendly.

We (a couple) stayed here in February. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and provided detailed and easy instructions for check in and out. The description of the villa was spot-on, and the views were better than expected. The pool area is fantastic and a nice way to spend time enjoying the ocean sounds, atmosphere and pool. The residents that you share the pool with were very nice. The villa is located close to many attractions, beaches and restaurants. The villa is wonderful. Very spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for more folks. The kitchen is completely furnished. We needed nothing additional. Air conditioning is available, but we found it nice to just have the screen doors and windows open and enjoy the breeze. The hosts also provided a detailed list of sightseeing ideas, stores, restaurants and day trips. We tried quite a few and found the suggestions very good. All in all, an excellent experience!

This has to be one of the most beautiful villas on the island! The ocean view was amazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. We enjoyed our one weeks stay at La Casita and would book again when we come back to SXM. Thank you to the housekeeper for being so kind and giving us tons of local recommendations!

Great location and also great communication with very responsive host. Easy walk to many beaches, restaurants and bar.

We've been to St Maarten at least 12 times. We've never stayed in this area, usually Simpson Bay. We loved it, close to everything. The place has an amazing view and pool. Nadine made check-in very easy and check-out. The place makes it comfortable. Everything was clean. As others have reviewed, a little worn, but certainly did the job. Plenty of places to get sun or hide out in the shade. For the money, a few things could be stepped up a bit: glassware ( one wine glass, the rest water glasses), silver ware, the master mattress was a rock, and few other things. I would rent it again.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I’m converted! Crystal was an amazing host and so responsive and helpful. I felt as though I’ve known her for years! Her place was amazing and the views are breathtaking. Waking up to seeing blue water and three different islands from multiple rooms was just unreal. The private pool was A+ and my entire family loved every second of privacy and exclusivity. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding newly built homes at night was just a beautiful sight. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was super spacious and had every single thing we needed on a daily basis. Crystal was flexible with my concerns and always responded super fast on messenger. I felt like I was at my own home! She was a blessing and I will definitely return to her place again! 10/10!!!! Thanks again, Crystal <3
