The guesthouse (about 40m2) is in the back house with a private entrance. It consists of a spacious living room/bedroom with double bed, a small kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. Through the French doors you can reach the private terrace. WiFi and television are provided. Private parking. Renting a bicycle is possible.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

House of 100 years old is located under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

B&B Het Kantoor, private appartment and Breakfast

COVID-19 2022: It is possible to stay contactless. B&B Het Kantoor is located in the friendly village of Sint Pancras. Ideal for a trip to Alkmaar which is just 5 kilometres away. The coastal towns of Bergen and Egmond are easily reachable by car of bicycle. The B&B contains a separate bedroom with an box spring bed and a living room with coffee corner, fridge, microwave, TV and free WiFi. It also contains a private bathroom with walk in shower and washstand.

This spacious apartment (72 m2) with a sunny balcony is a stone's throw from the historic city centre and the famous cheese market. Parking is free throughout the neighborhood and there are two city bikes available to explore the area. Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.
