Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers cosiness and comfort. It is about 55 square metres in size and very comfortable for two, but two more people can be accommodated easily. There is also a yoga and exercise room (approx. 30 sqm) available for shared use, which is ideal for yoga, meditation, punching bag training and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
