Objekt je klimatiziran sa tri unutarnje klima jedinice, kuhinja objekta nudi sve sadržaje koji su potrebni za življenje, a u dnevnom dijelu se nalazi TV ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima te kutna sofa. Objekt nudi dvije spavače sobe. Kupaona je opremljena walk in tuš kabinom i perilicom rublja. Prostrana terasa je posebna pogodnost stana.

New studio apartment, in a family house with a separate entrance. Renovated in 2015. Fully furnished. Šišan is a picturesque village located in southeastern Istria only 3 km from Ližnjan . Its foundation dates back to the beginning of the Roman conquest. Today the inhabitants grow the typical Istrain product such as grapes,olives and farm livestock. Šišan is a small village where to escape from the traffic and city noise,have a wonderful relaxing vacation not far from the seaside.

URBAN app/only a short stroll to the Amphitheatre

Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

App Sun, 70m from beach

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
