It smells beautiful from the very entrance. Very spacious apartment, large windows in the apartment, which gives a lot of light and the apartment seems to be even bigger. In the kitchen, all cooking utensils and spices. Nice chairs and a dining table. Nicely decorated interior. Spacious bedroom, with comfortable bed. Lots of connections, so you can easily connect your laptop or phone everywhere. The owner of the apartment is very friendly, quickly responds to messages, very helpful. In the area, 350m to the store when you run out. 15 minutes walk to the center. Highly recommend ❤️

We stayed for a WE with them. Unfortunately, we did not meet Philmar in person, but John welcomed us excellently, accompanied and said goodbye. So warm, stay with friends. Great equipped apartment. There's nothing missing, welcome water, beers and a bottle of wine were in the fridge. Coffee capsules, cookies, dishwashing tablets, just everything was there. More than you can expect. The accommodation is quietly located, about a 20-minute walk along the Maas, you are right in the middle of the city. Great town with really lots of nice cafes, restaurant and shops. 2 bikes were there for us, but we didn't use them, did everything on foot. Thank you for the beautiful weekend with lots of impressions. PS: we were allowed to experience the king's day in the NL, we were not aware when booking We can only recommend it. Best regards

I had a wonderful one-month stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the neighbors were all very friendly and respectful. What really made the experience exceptional was the host – they were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Communication was easy and smooth throughout the entire stay. I’ve just moved to the Netherlands, and I couldn’t think of a better first home here. Very friendly hosts, fast response and happy to help. Location close to the city center of Valkenburg. Neat apartment, very clean and comfortable. We stayed with our 2 kids and it was a great place to stay for a family. Good price - quality value.

My stay in Maastricht was a great pleasure. The lovely Edmee prepared the beautiful house and my stay perfectly. The center of Maastricht can be reached by bike in a very short time. The air conditioning was a blessing on the hot days. The kitchen offers every comfort - thanks to the fully automatic coffee machine and the water and ice cube machine, I felt right at home. I thank Edmee for her efforts and will gladly stay in her house again.

very pleasant house and responsive host

The Airbnb has all the comforts, tidy, quiet cozy and clean. Bedding/towels/herbs/oil/ extensive kitchen inventory is provided. In Kerkrade there is not much to do but a good base for Valkenburg, Maastricht, Germany and beautiful walks.

Aimee was very responsive to all of my questions and tried to help the best she could. Great host and recommend!

Super nice and authentic cottage in a nice quiet place. You have a private terrace where you can sit in the sun. At the end of the quiet street, you can walk into the nature. The cottage is cozy and very complete. Certainly worth repeating!

Very nice stay, neat and nicely decorated. Beautiful views and nice terrace. Spacious bedrooms and living space. Bathroom a little tight with 4 or 5 guests

the place was really nice! the heating can be improved and the access to the place at night is only feasible via a taxi as the closest public transport is around 25 min walking distance. overall a good experience.
