Welcome to our house. We love guests! Above us on the first floor is a spacious and cozy apartment available for guests. Up to 6 people can comfortably find space and relaxation on 70 square meters. It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Lüneburg Heide, Hamburg and Bremen; Heidepark, Outlet Mall, Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, Cartcenter, Center Park, Wildpark, Serengeti Park, .. We are extremely popular as a transit stop for vacation trips and are close to the Autobahn. Experience peace.

Our modern furnished apartment is located right in the center of the natural Lauenbrück village. The spacious apartment (about 90 square meters) boasts an approx. 40 square meter private roof terrace overlooking the countryside. The roof terrace invites you to linger all day with sunny and shady spots. The apartment is perfectly suitable for couples, families and small groups (2-4 people) with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and a shower room.

Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss eines schönes Gebäudes von 1900 und hat einen eigene Eingang, durch den Ihr ungestört kommen und gehen könnt wann Ihr möchtet. Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Küche und einen großen Wohnraum mit TV inkl. Netfixzugang. Auch wer einiges zu erledigen hat findet einen Schreibtsch mit LAN / WLAN. Außerdem habt ihr einen eigenen kleinen Gartenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.

Natural materials create a particularly pleasant atmosphere where you feel at home – maybe even a little better. Very comfortable bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen and a table with a cosy seating area for up to 4 people complete the whole thing. Bath, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.

The fully equipped 65m² apartment offers enough space for up to 6 people to chill or as a starting point for excursions. Sittensen is located in a beautiful hiking region with the Tister Bauernmoor as a highlight for bird watching next door. The cities Hamburg and Bremen are only 40 minutes away by car. All shops and various restaurants are only a few minutes in the middle of town in walkable distance. A large children's playground is directly behind the house.

The 90 m² apartment is on the first floor of the house. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, each with a 1.80 m double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. In addition to the shower room, there is a guest toilet. The washer and dryer are located in the utility room. In the cozy living room you can enjoy satellite TV. The covered terrace invites you to a cozy barbecue evening. You can park your car for free under the carport in the yard.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

In the nearby Landpark and the surrounding moor areas, cranes and native wildlife can be observed. Shopping/restaurants are available as well as a doctor/dentist. By train you can easily reach Hamburg/Bremen or take the Lower Saxony ticket to the North Sea.
