Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Potpuno nova kuća za smještaj 4+2 osobe u mirnom selu udaljenom 20-ak minuta od Rovinja i drugih poznatih odredišta. Kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu, u dnevnom boravku se mogu smjestiti još 2 osobe. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima a na terasi uz bazen je smještena i vanjska kuhinja sa krušnom peći i roštiljem. U dvorištu je bazen 8x5m i uz bazen je smješten objekt u kojemu je sauna i još jedna kupaonica. Okolica kuće je lijepo uređena kao i cijelo selo.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The house has a surface of a 135m2 and it consists of a kitchen well equipped, dining room with a living room and one bedroom with a bathroom. Trough a steps you will come on the second floor of the house where is situated one bedroom with a 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Here is also one more bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You will find here under the roof a small couch and very romantic corner.
