First floor has a mini fridge, smart TV, instant hot water kettle, coffee maker, bottled water, day bed with plenty of bedding in storage. Then you climb the ladder and go up to the tower. There is another single bed. Out the door is a private deck overlooking the San Juan Islands with a table and chairs. Take your coffee or wine out and enjoy the day. Head back down take a dip in one of the hot tubs.

Our large yard & deck with firepit, heater &barbecue will be safely shared. You will hear noise from the main house during non quiet hours and I will be doing various chores and coming and going through the yard.

Our mini guesthouse, "The Seldom Inn" measuring 12 ft. x 14 ft. in size, is approximately 150 feet from our private beach and is located behind our main home.
