Sylvia and Ross’s cottage with the greenhouse was quite possibly THE nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was immaculately clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with very clear instructions and a lovely note from them on the table! The bed was very good quality, there were enough outlets, and the bathroom/shower was luxurious! The greenhouse had a heater and stayed nice and warm, to our surprise, since we were there during December! We were incredibly comfortable. We were so, so happy here, and fully plan on staying again next time we’re in Mount Vernon!

We loved staying here for the weekend. The fenced backyard was bigger than we thought for our dog. Would stay here again.

Great home for our family’s weekend trip. The location on the water is relaxing with nice views and the sound of the waves. House was spacious and well stocked along with comfortable beds. We would recommend the house to others.

I planned a long holiday weekend at this home and my family of 15 LOVED It!! Plenty of space. Wifi (if you must but I recommend you don’t - look outside!!) Amazing beach front that calls even to the “city slicker” to come walk with the waves, comb the beach and breathe in the fresh sea air. The ferry broke down and we had to get our cars back to the mainland on the barge - and … we couldn’t have cared less. After such a perfect 5 days - we chalked it up to the luxury of island life. Stuff happens. The minor uncontrollable glitch could not wash away the fact that everyone forgot about work, stayed off social media and spent quality time with their loved ones. Note: no real grocery store on the island so plan accordingly… because once you get here you will not want to waste any time going back to the mainland (though - if necessary- the ferry ride is only 5 min. & the house is only a few short miles to the ferry dock). We WILL be back… soon and often!!

We stayed at Donna's for a couple of nights and had a peaceful relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, and had everything we needed. Thank you for the complimentary wine and snacks!!

I had an incredible experience staying at Aslan's place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was actually better than described—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making sure guests have everything they need, from the fully stocked kitchen, cozy blankets to the abundance of books and games. When the weather wasn't great, there were so many interesting things throughout the place that I spent hours looking at. Also want to mention how spacious the backyard is and how much fun my dog had zooming around it. Aslan was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. I wish other renters understood how a little flexibility goes a long way. That was the deciding factor when selecting a place. By the way, Aslan was not just a little accommodating, he went above and beyond what one would expect. Thank you, Aslan, for making my birthday trip so memorable! I hope to return soon!

A pleasant and cozy cabin tucked away in the serene embrace of Guemes Island. This is a restorative getaway that will sweep the floorboards of your mind. The cabin is full of creature comforts and equipped in a way that is not commonly found in Airbnb's. It may only really be described as special, enjoy.

The host - Diane was very friendly and enthusiastic. During our stay, there were some issues happened, she was rapid response and fixed the issues. The surroundings were very nice and peaceful… the place was very clean. I had a great moment with my boyfriend to cerebrate my birthday. Thank you Diane so much for having such a great place to stay… 🥰🥰🥰

Walking into Irene’s place was such a relief. I had recently had some “not great” Airbnb experiences and Irene’s place was just lovely. The open living room/kitchen were very roomy for the four of us. The furniture was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout shades made it so easy to sleep. Overall Irene’s place was a complete win and we would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying here, last time I stayed for several months in the downstairs unit. This time I was just passing through and stayed in the upstairs airbnb. I had a great experience before and this time was no different. Ann and Kate remain very responsive and easy to communicate with. Still dog friendly which is always a plus for me. the upstairs apartment is very cute and lofty, with lots of natural light. clean and comfy. There was wifi this time, which was good enough for me to stream shows etc One of the nights it was just so cold and rainy, I didn't feel like going anywhere so I ordered from their menu - risotto! absolutely delicious and they delivered hot right to my door. Obviously I would return again.

Great weekend getaway. Amazing vibe, and only 20 minutes from Galbraith. Outdoor showers and little porch.

We loved staying in this cottage. It was perfectly cozy and in a beautiful area. The hosts made sure to take care of us and were very responsive. I would stay here again, next time we are in the area.

We loved this site!! Perfect central location to stay when we went exploring! Very clean, quiet. Directions were spot on. It is tight getting into the area with 2 trees you got squeeze through but we loved that part. Something to always remember. We will be definitely be booking here again for our next time adventuring up here.

We had a great time in this charming cabin. Beautiful location and private. Very well stocked kitchen. The wood fired hot tub was a fun adventure. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The Coal Creek Cottage was PERFECT for our family to get away for the weekend. We were completely delighted by the Christmas decorations! The cottage is extremely comfortable and well appointed, with clear instructions for all the amenities. We would definitely recommend it!

An amazing cabin on the river with incredible comfort. We loved the hot tub. An incredibly serene and peaceful environment.

My family of 4 stayed at this house to attend a wedding at the resort. The neighborhood is private and peaceful. We saw lots of deer in the area. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable and we loved the hot tub. Guemes Island is a great place to relax year round and this home was perfect for us.

I can’t even describe the view from this house. If you like sunsets, birding, relaxing time with family, hot tubbin, and cooking. This space achieves ALL of that. They were extremely accommodating with some of our travel plans and were communicative. We were able to do a quick hike on Fidalgo and we were eager to get back to their space to relax, which is very unlike us because we love to explore! Amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin! The island was beautiful, we saw so many birds and some dear! The woodpecker was perfect for cuddling up with a good book, cooking a warm pot of soup, doing a puzzle, and soaking in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend staying here! And if you're coming in the winter like us, I would recommend bringing slippers :)

We were in the area for a wedding and I needed to procure a house with enough bedrooms for 5 of my visiting family. This house was perfect! The kitchen was big and equipped to make meals. The view was beyond spectacular! The host & hostess of this house were very nice & communicated regularly. We would definitely get this house again.
