In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. The laundry room is located in the basement, it is accessed via the garden in the left part of the house - seen from the garden Some furniture has changed since the pictures were taken

This accommodation is well suited for those who are traveling or who like the sea and nature. To enter the apartment, you must pass through our garden. We have two Chihuahuas so it is good if you are not afraid of dogs as these are sometimes out in the garden. The apartment consists of a small kitchen with two hotplates, a small microwave. There is a refrigerator, but no freezer. Private toilet with washing machine. No balcony or patio. 1 bed 140 cm and a sofa bed for 2. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy.
