Warm welcome to this spacious, quirky home with a nice decor from when the house was built in 1978 until today. The apartment is located as a completely separate part of the house with its own entrance. The home has been refreshed in 2022 and has all the conditions for a comfortable stay. The house is located on the outskirts of Ängelholm in a quiet and familiar area close to the beach, sea, forest and city center. There is public transport/bus just a couple of hundred meters away and parking opportunity right outside the house.

This accommodation is well suited for those who are traveling or who like the sea and nature. To enter the apartment, you must pass through our garden. We have two Chihuahuas so it is good if you are not afraid of dogs as these are sometimes out in the garden. The apartment consists of a small kitchen with two hotplates, a small microwave. There is a refrigerator, but no freezer. Private toilet with washing machine. No balcony or patio. 1 bed 140 cm and a sofa bed for 2. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment lights and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the property there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the midst of our fallow deer farm with our 60 fallow deer ladies and gentlemen, you can really unwind and recharge your batteries. The 60 m² apartment at a height of 6 meters is perfect for relaxing as a couple. When the weather permits, we sit together in the evening by the large campfire. Our property has 20 hectares of fenced pasture and forests and invites you to take extensive walks.

Here in the center, there are several different restaurants that we are happy to recommend. If you want to go down to Åhus, the bus station is only a stone's throw from the apartment.
