Surrounded by spacious garden, located centrally in Trondheim, 50 m from metro bus and airport bus, 2,5 km from Trondheim city center, 2 km from NTNU Dragvoll and Estenstadmarka, 3 km from Ladestien along the fjord, 15 minutes walking distance to NTNU Gløshaugen, the city center. The apartment is on the third floor. Perfectly located with about 5 minutes walk to both Trondheim Torg, Øya/Nidelven, and to the sea. Inside it is uniquely designed with curved wall and oval window in the living room. 66 sqm, spacious with high ceilings and 17 sqm bedrooms. Good size bathroom. Furnished with a mix of classic retro furnishings and modern furnishings. The living room has nice view of Steinåsen. Excellent access to public transport, with a short bus ride to, for example, Bymarka or Solsiden.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
