Vacation rentals in Skegby

Fantastic space, clean and nicely decorated. Responsive host who let us in early to drop off food. The kitchen was missing a few more baking trays for an accommodation of up to 8 people but we managed. Noise rules were a liitle limiting as they ask for complete silence after 10pm which is difficult when you just want to chat and relax.

This was a beautiful place to stay. We instantly felt at home when we walked through the front door. The place has everything you need and feels spacious. There is plenty of storage for clothes and hangers which is lovely. Emma is so helpful. I asked a few questions before my stay and she was so helpful and quick to get back to me. Emma is very honest on the listing about the road traffic noise which we found very helpful. We knew what to expect. It might be helpful to know that the traffic is a mixture of cars and HGVs and that it does continue in the night although with less frequency. But it doesn’t detract from what is a beautiful home and a very peaceful stay!!

The BEST air bnb we’ve stayed in! So peaceful, beautiful views of sheep in the fields. The place is so clean and have EVERYTHING you could need! The dressing gowns were great for the hot tub! We loved the fresh bread, crisps and salsa as a lovely extra and a bottle of cava! We were celebrating our 1st anniversary so this was such a lovely surprise! Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. The kitchen has everything you need as well as milk, butter and orange juice. It was absolutely perfect and we are so grateful. Will recommend to all friends and family and would definitely return!

What a thoughtful host! All of the little extras were thought of making this a real home away from home stay. I hope to stay again and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you for making our Easter break to visit family locally extra special.

thank you hosts for being so responsive, for answering all my questions and requests with patience :) my family enjoyed their time there. my only nitpick would be some kitchen utensils were a bit dusty / dirty, and there was no hooks in the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to hang up clothing. other than that, everything was as advertised and we had a fantastic and memorable stay.

Highly recommend this spot close to Peak District. Donna is amazing and made whole process super easy. The place is so well done up and felt right at home. It’s a beautiful 2 bed with outdoor seating area. Highly recommend this place 👍🏽

A beautiful property in the most peaceful of locations - being in the garden, surrounded by countryside and the sound of birds tweeting brought the tranquility that we needed. The property itself was perfect, it had everything we needed and suited its surroundings perfectly. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the en-suites were a great addition! The upstairs showers were insane! The lemon drizzle cake (my mum’s favourite) and the doggy supplies were a lovely touch from Matt - snuggling up on the sofa with a cup of tea and sweet treats was the icing on the cake.
