Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Highlights are the continuous glass front with a view of the Mur and the garden, as well as the covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom (double bed, incl. door). On the 2nd floor are more sleeping possibilities: 1 double bed and 2 single beds (bunk bed) - both in the open space.

Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The quiet terrace overlooking the Dachstein/Krippenstein offers plenty of space (30 sqm) for relaxation. We offer 2 double bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine and hair dryer. Furthermore, we offer a parking space, 1 flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available.
