Vacation rentals with a firepit in Ski Municipality

We spent an amazing weekend at Eirik’s place, they we extremely friendly and responsive. The cabin is well equipped, close to the river, the jacuzzi was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s house in Nittedal! Communication with Victoria was excellent both before and during our vacation. She was very helpful and gave us great tips. The house was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids aged 4 and 9). It was super clean, tidy, and beautifully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was excellently equipped, the living room very cozy, and the bathroom offered both a shower and a lovely bathtub. The location was ideal: about 30 minutes by rental car to both the airport and the center of Oslo. A sledding hill and the Vallingkollen ski area, where you can rent ski equipment, were only 15 minutes away – we had a great time experiencing the Norwegian winter there. Our kids loved it! We also visited the Technology Museum, the Paradox Museum, and the Natural History Museum with the kids – all three are highly recommended. It was such a relaxing and beautiful vacation. Lovely location near a train station that offers a quick trip into the city. Wonderful apartment with many bedrooms, ideal for a larger group!

In the very cozy cottage overlooking the Hunnebotn, we were able to spend three families a soothing holiday week. With the newly renovated bathroom and the very well-equipped kitchen: stove, microwave, coffee maker, stirrer, waffle iron, dishwasher, the former residence of the yard is extremely attractive. A total of 10 beds allow a larger group of guests to stay. We used the three locked rooms. We reached the room in the attic through the fourth bedroom. We were happy to spend our time on the two terraces in front of the house. Garden grill and wood stove in the living room are ok for use. The living area is centrally heated. Electric radiators are available in the sleeping spaces. The encounter with the landlords was totally friendly and accommodating. Eggs and honey can also be sourced from them. Without much effort, swimming spot, coastal hiking trails, shopping and Fredrikstad can be reached. We will be happy to come back.

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

Worth it for the stunning view. As others have said its like staying in your grandparents house but that is part of its charm. The drive is steep but not that bad. Per responded well to enquiries.

The apartment is really great. Quiet, located in a nice neighborhood, very clean and you are in approx. 15 min. with a short walk + bus in the center. Hanne was totally attentive & questions were answered super quickly. For cooking lovers, that was probably the best equipped kitchen we've ever had, thanks for that. The bathroom with underfloor heating was a little highlight every morning. Hanne also has a really very good taste, the quite different pictures, which can be found in many places, together with the plants ensure coziness. If you like to sleep softly, you'll love Hanne's bed. The couch is actually even bigger than it looks in the pictures & super comfortable. We felt very comfortable & recommend the accommodation.

This home smells delicious and is incredibly pretty. Wonderful use of wood materials. Lovely garden. Al and Ingrid were really nice hosts. My youngest even got to feed the hens in the garden. It was a big deal. Thank you very much for your stay. Highly recommend!

The apartment is like pictures. Short distance to Ekebergsletta, bus to the city center just outside the door. Easy with street parking. Very nice host.

Stay was very nice. A train stop with direct connection to Oslo was easily accessible on foot. Accommodation was very cozy and the host very friendly.

Endre is a welcoming and available host. He answers any questions we have. The accommodation is amazing, especially the panoramic view of the entire capital. It's even better in real life than the pictures. The bed is very comfortable with breathtaking views. The tram stop is 5 minutes walk and takes us directly to the center of Oslo in about 15 minutes, with stops at the points of interest of the city. There are a few small shops nearby for shopping. Just arrived home to Ireland after 10 days spent in the infinity panorama cabin. What a wonderful experience. We travelled as a family group of 6, all adults, ranging in age from 21 to 76. We have travelled much and this cabin was easily up there with the nicest accomodation we have stayed in. The location is remote making it peaceful and serene, so much so that we found ourselves not wanting to leave! However it is only 1 hour drive into the centre of Oslo so lots to do once you have carsZ Locally, there is a beautiful indian restaurant in Vikersund which is 30 mins away where there is also a great supermarket. The cabin itself is uttely breathtaking. The location and views are exceptional. The facilites are perfect with the best of everything provided. The beds are excellent. Hosts are exceptionally friendly and obliging. Only one thing that we felt would have made it better and that was a 2nd toilet. One of our favourite holidays ever, enjoyed lighting the fire pit in the evenings.

A very cozy and atmospheric place. Everything is clean and peaceful. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove, which adds to the charm. However, for those sensitive to the smell of smoke, it might be a downside — the scent is present throughout the house. Our children actually saw it as a plus! Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a quiet retreat in nature. The host is very welcoming.

I stayed with Henrik and Anders for several days and felt at home right from the start. I was warmly welcomed and we had great conversations and valuable recommendations for excursions and sights. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet you can get to Oslo quickly and have perfect starting points for beautiful tours. Your dog Anton is incredibly lively - it was a pleasure to meet him every time 😊 Overall, I had a fantastic time with Henrik and Anders. If I travel to Norway again, I will definitely try to stay with them again!

The house was incredible! It was the Christmas time so we even had Christmas tree in the house and decorations. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and decorated very well. It was so cozy and we loved staying there. Madeleine was easy to communicate and even helped us when we couldn’t find the house. :) We would definitely consider coming back here. The views from the cabin were amazing, and luckily we had good weather to make use of the fjord. Nicole as a host was very helpful and welcoming, we will likely come visit again in the future!
