A nice and fresh apartment located above Sälfjällstorget in Lindvallen, Sälen. -Ski-in / Ski-out -Fully equipped kitchen -Braskamin -Bastu - Drying cabinet -Skid storage room -Parking in parking garage The property is located next to the hill Karin where you get further out into the slopes with ease. If you want to eat at a restaurant, it is about 300 meters down to the seal mountain square where a good selection of restaurants are available as well as ice skating rink with barbecue area (ice skates are available to borrow there) , golf simulator and video games for the children.

Fjällbäcken Lindvallen 4+2 beds Including cleaning

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a completely newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country tracks, hiking trails and bike paths.

The cottage is in a great location right in old Lindvallen, with walking distance to everything. The cottage has an open plan with large cottage and loft, fireplace, cable TV, as well as spacious dining area. Modern kitchen with all the comforts. Bathroom with shower and sauna. Two bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The loft also has loose mattresses for children to sleep on. Drying cabinet.

Dream location in Sälen with best ski in/ski out location. About 20 meters to the illuminated hill with a panoramic view of the mountain! The place has what you need for your excellent mountain stay. Suterränghus on three levels, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sauna, fully equipped kitchen and spacious social area on the middle floor with direct exit to the patio, panoramic windows and beautiful view of the mountain. The accommodation is located above Sälfjällstorget which offers restaurants, shops and ice skating rink.

Top modern Townhouse Lodge with all facilities you need in the Swedish mountain. Beautiful nature just outside with great skiing and hiking possibilities. One of swedens best spots and trails for mountainbike. A lot of fun stuff to do just around the corner. Heated pool in the area. Adventure pool area a few minutes walk away. There are also padel area, high-altitude course, SUP-padling and much more This is a peaceful spot which is supercomfy and luxury. Great for vacation all around the year.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.
