If you need a quiet place overlooking the sea and fresh sea air this is the place for you. Short distance to the airport (5 min by car) and 3 min to walk to the sea with opportunities to fish, swim and hike. There is a bus connection to the light rail which is 3 km away. The light rail runs from the airport and into Bergen city center. It is also possible to take the express boat that stops just down by the quay (3 min walk) and takes 35 minutes to Bergen city center. The house is new and modern with 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Amazing views of the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Small double bed 120x200 cm Level differences in the apartment, and small stairs down to the front door. Approximately 15 minutes by car to Bergen city center or Bergen airport. It is 200 meters to the nearest bus stop where buses run about once an hour. You can take the bus to Nesttun and Bergen light rail further to the city centre or Bergen airport. Approximately 45-50 minutes by public transport to the city centre.

Cozy up inside the cabin, or take your fishing rod and see if you get lucky throwing from the rocks. Enjoy the sunshine or admire the wild stormy ocean. This is a perfect place to relax away from everyday life.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.
