A unique space in a unique place. The Launch Pad is a purpose-built studio loft created for your artistic needs, wellness retreat, family adventures, or romantic getaway! Existing to inspire, this all-in-one open space was renovated (late 2019) with every attention to detail; an inside-out desert feel. 2 “bedrooms”, 2 full baths, and a large light-filled lounger living space. 2 min to downtown JT. Cozy and secluded private yard with new hot tub, gas and charcoal BBQs, fire pit, and stage!

Grill up dinner and enjoy under the pergola, soak in the vintage tub beneath the trees, or catch the sunset from our desert “boat” yes, a real boat turned daybed! You’ll be surrounded by Joshua trees, and a sky full of stars.

COZY, QUIET PLACE WITH POOL & JACUZZI

The entire unit consists of a room and a bathroom with an entrance from the front yard. It is very comfortable for a single, a couple, or a small family. You are in a private space but without a kitchen and dining area, like in a hotel or a mini-apartment. A homemade breakfast is provided for an additional charge. Use of Kitchen and Jacuzzi is for a small charge too. Use of a pool in the backyard of the house is free. The second bed is installed for 3 and more guests, or by request.
