Beachfront vacation rentals in Skyros

We had a very warm welcome at the magnificent villa!

We stayed at the accommodation of a family of four and our stay was really easy and enjoyable. The landlord has taken care of some details in the home that we appreciated and made it easier for us to stay in. The property is in a great location ideal for tranquility and relaxation, but without feeling isolated. After all, it's very close to the country. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony and yard of the home as well as the beach which is a few meters from it. Especially in the afternoon hours it is very pleasant to swim on this beach overlooking a small chapel and the country. We had a great time and would be happy to go back again. We also thank Mrs. Vera warmly for her kind welcome and her pleasant and warm discreet presence.

We are very happy with our choice... the rooms are great, the view and the tranquility fantastic and the cleanliness takes 10'!! The location is very good if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle, our choice was conscious as we wanted peace of mind. there are 2 parking (1 in the area shops and one in the country at a distance of 5' -7' minutes from "Almyra"). when we wanted so we took the car to go there... for Manolis what to say!!! wonderful host.. thank him very much for everything, help, information, suggestions... Manolis thank you very much and we wish the best!!! we hope to meet soon !!!

The property exceeded our expectations. In a central and absolutely quiet place, with a paved courtyard where the children were delighted without fear of any unwanted accident. Initial fears of heat due to the existence of a single air conditioner we had turned out to be incorrect. If the goal is a family vacation with tranquility, time with children in nature we highly recommend it. The host Maria was very kind, and present where we needed her. We'll revisit this wonderful island and this home

Mrs Eleni was a fantastic host! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to a beautiful secluded beach. Communication and cooperation with Mrs Eleni were excellent. I highly recommend her and her place.

This was one of our best stays, the apartment being as comfortable as it was charming. The beach was very close, we went in a bathing suit from the apartment. This is the best place to stay in Skyros which is beautiful! See you soon!

Akis is one of the kindest, most attentive hosts! He showed us the best spots in town, answered every question, solved every problem, and was so helpful! The villa lives up to every picture. The local village has incredible restaurants and the ocean view is incredible! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can't wait to go back!

We LOVED staying in Niki's beautiful and modern home. It was recently built (3 years ago), had an amazing pool, lots of relaxing areas to sit, and the view was impeccable! The location was wonderful for our family. Traditional fishing village 5 min drive away. Could run the road in the morning for a great workout. One of the most highly reviewed beaches is 3 minutes away. Very private and completely safe (the island is so safe!). Niki was so kind and helpful. Met us at the ferry so that we could follow her to the house. She came one afternoon so that we could do laundry and was always flexible on timing as our day plans got changed. Her recommendations were wonderful, and always seemed to do anything she could to make our holiday stress free. She left great honey and a greek drink for us to enjoy. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Mapia provided a service beyond a normal service. Even if it was not covered by the service, it was instantly ready when it was needed. It was like a perfect neighbor who immediately came to help when needed. He offered enough delicious food that we did not need to buy food from the outside. Husband Michael and himself are very wonderful people. The house is in a hill 10 minutes away from the sea. It may not sound pleasant at first. But in summer, it is a very good choice for great coolness in the evenings and mornings. It is also a place with a great sea view.

A little gem in Skyros island we will come back!

Came to Skyros Island from Australia to experience a different type of Greek island life -away from the many tourists and hustle of bustle of the more popular islands. Not only did the island not disappoint but can say that hosts like Kostas and Viola are rare. Our stay at Pefkos House together with our fantastic hosts - Kostas and Viola have made this trip to Greece a very memorable one. The house was super clean and very comfortable with 180 degree views to take in every day. On our last night, we were invited by our hosts to a beautiful home cooked Greek dinner at their place under a beautiful night sky. Would definitely love to come back again!!

The house has a fantastic view of the mountain and the sea, the interior is tastefully decorated in Mediterranean style with a comfortable distribution for several families. We thought the lack of air conditioning would be uncomfortable if there was heat, but the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were enough at night. It is easily accessible by car, a nearby beach, shopping, and a larger village. It may be suitable for a longer stay because there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The owner always responded quickly and kindly to any questions or issues that came up, and communication was easy.

We had a great week at Gerry's for a great week, the setting was amazing, the magical view!! The rooms and furnishings were nice. We didn't have a car, it was complicated to get to the village but Gerry was there to offer to drive us there if he could. On the other hand, if you have a car, you are only a five to seven minute drive away! There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the house. I think we'll be back!

It is a very nice traditional house, in one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The children (6 and 3 years old) were thrilled with the garden. The kitchen was very well equipped and generally we didn't miss anything. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We stayed at Mrs. Anna's house for 6 days. Delightful Cycladic house even better than the photos and spotless! Mrs. Anna offered us everything only bottled water we needed to get! The ideal location right in front is one of the wonderful beaches of the island! First time on the island and Mrs. Anna informed us about where to go , what to see and where to eat! I highly recommend it! Mrs. Anna thank you for everything! See you soon!!

Everything was great. Irini welcomed us very warmly. The entire time we stayed there was very discreet. Fantastic view from the balcony. The tavern of K. Stamatia next to the accommodation was one of the best on the island and from prices and flavors!

This was a perfect stay. Steps away from the beautiful Pefkos beach, the apartment is private and peaceful and has a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The large private terrace overlooks the bay and the taverna is open every day for lunch and dinner. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend.

As shown in the pictures, the house is right up the beach of Magasia with private stairs and an amazing view. It is also a few minutes away from great restaurants and one bar/café. We had such a good time there with Christine, Spiros and their friends. We felt at home from day 1!

Our stay at Maria's house was enchanting. The house was super clean, warmly decorated, and in mid-August wonderfully cool! The view from the terrace and the sound of the wave in the evening were unique , we will never forget those moments of relaxation. Maria made sure to make us feel at home, especially friendly and welcoming and provided everything we needed. We will definitely be back to this little paradise!
