Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds in a shared sleeping loft/upper floor, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bed linens, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation located on the eastern side of Öland, right next to Kårehamn. Just 2 km from the house, there is a private beach - just hop on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature and the sea right outside your door. Fifty metres down, we have our jetty for morning coffee. Borrow the rowboat to try out the excellent fishing waters, or borrow a bike to explore the surrounding area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/day bed that converts to a double bed, plus a loft bed with a ladder. Bed for 3 but recommended for 2. Bring your own sheets or rent them on site.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Villa in lovely Timmernabben!

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.
