Centrally located courtyard house in a picturesque old environment on the square where the houses are close together. Walking distance to cafes, cozy shops, sea, harbor and forest. Courtyard house near owner's home with one room and a kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. There is a 140 cm bed and a small sofa bed of 110 cm that is suitable for small children. Cats are on the property and cats and dogs stay in the house sometimes, so not for allergy sufferers. Bring your own sheets and towels or rent for SEK 75 per person. Level differences and stairs on the property. You clean up after yourself.

Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. 4 beds in a shared sleeping loft/upper floor, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bed linens, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature and the sea right outside your door. Fifty metres down, we have our jetty for morning coffee. Borrow the rowboat to try out the excellent fishing waters, or borrow a bike to explore the surrounding area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/day bed that converts to a double bed, plus a loft bed with a ladder. Bed for 3 but recommended for 2. Bring your own sheets or rent them on site.
