Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Slovene Littoral

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

As a larger group, we were allowed to stay with Ivan for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. House, pool and outside area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is magnificent. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

The house is beautiful and located right on the river. The house is comfortable and has all you need for a home away from home. We used the fireplace daily and made the stay cozy. Across the river there is easy walking along the river. The grocery shop in town has all the basics you need. The other nearby towns are 30-40 minutes away. Beautiful place to relax and have a peaceful time.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

What a retreat and dreaming of coming back again! Waking up above the clouds and enjoying the epic views. The whirlpool was perfect for two and found the bed so comfortable. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay, cozy, clean, and just like the pictures! The host is extremely accessible and responsive. If you are looking for peace in nature, away from the city crowds this is the ideal accommodation for you :)

- The description of the apartment is more modest than the reality. The central photo shows the shorter(!) side of the house. The dimensions are impressive. - The dining terrace was especially pleasant in May. - The house and its surroundings are quiet, but there are many attractions within a 20 km radius. - The host lives nearby and you can rely on his help.

Beautiful apartment with a superb terrace with a magnificent view of the harbor. The apartment is very nice but when it is very hot it is better to live outside. The kitchen is well equipped but small so you have to get organized. Umag doesn't have the same charm as the other small ports of Istria . Too bad all the waterfront restaurateurs in Umag offer the same menus at the same prices. There are plenty of beachfront restaurants outside and I recommend them. The area is really interesting with some beautiful wine discoveries and especially a beautiful coastline, warm sea and crystal clear water. We had a lovely stay in Istria

Even though we arrived late, he greeted us in person. He made us a cheese and ham plate saying "Your travels must have been long so i made this for you" and also provided free teas and beers for every member. He was very nice and the place itself exceeded al expectations!

There were three of us at Ana's, the apartment is clean and as described. We were personally welcomed on site. Communication was simple and uncomplicated. The sea is within walking distance, down the mountain. We were very pleased with everything. Highly recommended.

Very clean apartment, in a quiet area, walking distance to the lake and restaurants. It was very comfortable for us,four adults and a small dog. Very nice and responsive host. There was a cake and doggy treats waiting for us in the fridge. Thank you.

We had a great time at Miha's place! Spacious, clean and super well equipped apartment! Our 1 year old daughter was also safe everywhere as well as on the terrace! Having a bathtub is really a plus. Peaceful place that I recommend + ++ We'd love to come back

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

At Villa Maya, we (three of us and with our dog) spent almost a week and did not want to leave. Villa is in a very quiet area and is perfect if you are looking for peace and rest. Nevertheless, the city of Krk can be reached quickly by car. Good shopping is about 4 km away. The villa is generously planned, with plenty of space, very well maintained and very clean. From the villa you have a wonderful view to the sea and the town of Krk. Very nice, clean pool and garden area. We didn't grill, but everything is ready for it. The villa is fully equipped at a high level. There's actually nothing missing. The host Maya was very nice and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. A nice touch from the hosts was the welcome drink and chilled soft drinks in the fridge. The space is a real recommendation, excellent value for money.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

We had spent a wonderful 12 days in this special villa. We were very warmly welcomed by the house owners; with guest basket and a personal tour of the house. It had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen. Down to the last detail. (even Netflix, X-Box) Everything very clean and stylish. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but our kids, like us, enjoyed the cooling off every day. And with the counter-current you can also do a few swimming moves;) Highly recommended. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays, this is a wonderful place. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.
