Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Slovene Riviera

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

We had a really nice holiday week ! The house sits very quietly in the countryside on the edge of the forest with clean pool and practical chic furnishings. Labin is less than 10 minutes by car. It is possible to hike or cycle away from the house. Thomas is super nice and helpful ! We would definitely stay there again!!

what a beautiful, cozy and intimate place. beautiful house, beautifully serenely furnished. Upon entering, the coolness fell into the house, the nice smell and the beauty immediately. We felt right at home. The house was beautifully clean and the kitchen had all the necessities (nice pans, good knives, very important😉). facilities such as jacuzzis and 2 bathrooms were very nice. Multiple air conditioning in the house. great communication with host, always a quick response. the house is in the center of Pazin, close to restaurants and shops, yet the peace and quiet is remarkable. also within walking distance of sights such as the Pazin cave and the old castle. a sweet welcome word from the owner with nice tips for restaurants that were definitely worth it! I have never eaten such delicious gnocci. thank you for this nice end to our tour and introduction to Istria.

Necj's farmhouse was a wonderful base for our holiday in this corner of Slovenia. It offers beautiful views and is incredibly quiet, but only a short drive away from Koper, with all its amenities, as well as the highway towards Ljubljana, which can be reached in just over an hour. Necj's recommendations for places to eat and visit were great, and in general the communication with him was easy and uncomplicated. The farmhouse has been restored with a lot of love. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a delight to spend time in. We would definitely come here again on a future visit.

We had a great short stay at Branka's apartment which has amazing views overlooking the water and parts of Piran. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets! Branka was a wonderful communicator from the start and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We loved the location and the access to many walks for exploring the town and the area. We had 4 beautiful days in Lokev. Andrej's place was best. The parking space directly at the house. Breakfast was plentiful, dinner Andrej's inn was very good, a stop there is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

A very comfortable apartment in an extremely quiet area and yet within walking distance of village and beach. Very nice base for exploring the coast of Slovenia and visiting Trieste. Blissful beds, fully equipped kitchen and a bird orchestra all day in the trees around the apartment. We enjoyed it and can definitely recommend it

This Airbnb was by far my absolute favorite stay ever! Everything about it was perfect—the space was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. The host’s attention to detail made all the difference, from the thoughtful touches around the property to the seamless communication throughout my stay. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and charm. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out above the rest. I can’t recommend it enough and hope to return someday!

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

We had spent a wonderful 12 days in this special villa. We were very warmly welcomed by the house owners; with guest basket and a personal tour of the house. It had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen. Down to the last detail. (even Netflix, X-Box) Everything very clean and stylish. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but our kids, like us, enjoyed the cooling off every day. And with the counter-current you can also do a few swimming moves;) Highly recommended. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays, this is a wonderful place. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.
