This adorable 4 -bedroom home overlooking beautiful Lake Palestine is a peaceful escape to get away and refresh. Neighborhood boat launch and pier for fishing/swimming is four houses down the street. Flat creek marina for pontoon rental is 3 miles from the house. The Villages marina is directly across the lake. The home is 20 minutes to Tyler and 10 minutes to Chandler hwy 31. Dollar General is 1 minute on Fm 315.
