Vacation rentals in Smyth County

This cabin is close to everything you need in Damascus, but we were so surprised with how private and secluded we felt! The cabins are tucked away off the main road, and there is a privacy tree buffer which adds to the woodsy feel. Although we had neighbors in the adjacent cabin, we could not see or hear them - the decks have great privacy screening. The back deck was by far our favorite place! It is incredibly spacious and we loved the 3 different seating options - swing, rocking chairs, or pub chairs & table. We walked down to the creek and had fun wading. It was wonderful to see and hear the creek and the cows from the deck. The screen door allowed us to sleep with the deck door open so we could hear the creek all night. It was heavenly! The cabin had everything we needed and was super clean. The jacuzzi tub was awesome after a day on the Creeper Trail. We were here two nights in September and had a perfect stay!

We love our stay in here. The house was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This was a great location for visiting Damascus and just a short 5 minute drive to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming house that truly felt like staying at Grandmom’s in the country. Large enough for a bigger family, 2 small families or a small group of friends. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of what would be needed for cooking meals. The surrounding area was beautiful. Perfect peaceful scenery for sitting on that front porch swing listening to the birds and watching calves chasing one another on the hillside. Freshly baked brownies were a thoughtful treat waiting for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you are looking for privacy and nature. Definitely would stay again and would recommend.

The place was exactly as described! Our kids were thrilled with the toys available to play with after a long day of driving. The market below was very cute and we were fed a delicious breakfast! We even picked up sandwiches for the road before leaving. Wish we had brought a cooler to bring home some of their beef or pork!

Fantastic location! Near the creeper trail with beautiful Mountain Views! Had everything we could need during our visit. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

We had a great family get together for our VA Creeper trip! Amy's place was perfect for our large family. Loved the setting on the water! We enjoyed sitting out by the fire and the deck for our meals. The space is great and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Great location, easy bike or short drive into Damascus and not far from Abingdon. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Amy!
