"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

The Kirchberg vacation region "in the middle of the Hunsrück" - surrounded by the Moselle, Rhine, Nahe and Saar river valleys, is one of the most beautiful and interesting natural landscapes in Rhineland-Palatinate. The vacation home is centrally located but quiet in the middle of the village. Restaurants and bike rentals are available. Kirchberg is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, climbing, exploring the suspension rope bridge or visiting natural and adventure pools.

Coronavirus info: The apartment is Corona-safe through a separate entrance The apartment is in the Nahe Valley on the outskirts of the village directly at our Avarella stud farm above our veterinary practice. It is modern, cozy and offers a great view of our valley with the pastures. To the front, a small balcony invites you to relax, facing the Nahe Valley. There are two spacious bedrooms with large closets for plenty of storage space. The dining room is furnished for 6 people.

Vacation home at Birkenhain

We offer an apartment for 3 people (double bed, fold-out sofa bed) for non-smokers (+travel cot available for children up to the age of 3). Pets are welcome. The house is in a quiet new development above the city. A parking lot is in front of the door. The tourist tax of €2 per person/day is to be paid in cash on site. For safety, there is contactless check-in. If an in-person handover is desired, please let us know in advance. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Enjoy your own private entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space and everything you need for a peaceful stay. Dogs are very welcome too! My home is nestled in Germany’s greenest corner – the Hunsrück. 🌿 Around 58% of the region is covered by forest, so fresh air, peaceful woodland walks and nature are right on your doorstep.

Discover the Lützelsoon and Soonwald - a dream for nature lovers in every season. Or just relax and enjoy the fresh air.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.
