All perfect. The city as always wonderful and the place of the stay as well. We will definitely return. Of all AIRBNB we are sure to be the cleanest and most organized.

I would like to make constructive criticisms. Box was leaking in the corner near the wall. The ceiling fan was dirty with a lot of dust. At the entrance of the building, the water from the air conditioning of the apartment above dripped directly onto the entrance gate, right over the head of those entering.

Great location and easy access, large condominium with good leisure options, apartment just above the reception on the second floor, comfortable indoor space for 2 people, fair price and good service!

The listing is exactly the same as the listing, all very new, technological and clean. The location is great too, it was possible to walk to the restaurants without the need for a car. We like it very much and we recommend with your eyes closed!

The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! The house is ideal for two people and extremely welcoming for those traveling with pets. I took my dog and my kitten (who stayed inside the house), and they both adapted perfectly to the safe and quiet environment. The garden is a real oasis: very well cared for, clean and offers a great space to relax or play with the animals. The pool is large and inviting, even though it is not heated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bedding items such as pillows and blankets are extremely comfortable. The sofa is one of those who “embrace”, perfect for moments of rest. The location is also a high point. Just 4.5 km from the city, the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, safe and surrounded by a lush nature. Very cozy house with rooms and spacious bathroom. The outdoor area is great and fits more than 2 cars. Quiet setting, a place to relax. It is not far from the city center.

We spent a weekend, everyone liked the space and we had good times. The Chácara is close to the center, has shops nearby and easy location. We will definitely return! Great house! I spent 3 days with my wife and we felt at home. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, the house is very large. The view is incredible, the rains are very good, the kitchen is well equipped and we don't miss anything. It has a fireplace, bathtub, and a bacaba space in front of the house. For those who enjoy watching TV / Movies, I recommend taking the notebook to connect on TV that, despite being smart, is a little slow for some apps. I highly recommend, Mr. Marcos was very friendly and made himself available for any problems.

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. In the photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is one more bedroom with double bed in the edicule that is great. It is good to take the food to prepare already, as it is a little far from everything. If you forget something, there is a mini market in the condominium. At the concierge, they are well educated as well. To get there, the road is good and smooth. It is a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I definitely recommend it.

I thank Maricy for all the attention and reception. Always ready and requests throughout the period. The apartment is great, fully equipped, conserved and with impeccable cleaning. The location is perfect, you can do everything on foot, it is close to commerce, shops, pharmacy, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Maricy and her apartment. We will certainly come back at other times.

Hotel very well located. We love walking around the Lagoa do Cavalinho Branco which is in front of the hotel. In addition, we walked to the Ademar de Barros square. Everything is close by. We also love the Fazenda Morro Pelado, where my daughter had fun with the attractions and had a delicious food from the countryside. We'll be back soon.
