One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you have all to yourself. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent.
