This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. In the approximately 12 sqm, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and is shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry toilet.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

A truly wonderful, relaxing, mindful place in the center of the Stockholm archipelago. We are close to the island Möja with all its facilities. A small rowing boat is always included. In addition, two "add-on" packages are offered separately; (1) a ”boat-package” including an engine for the boat and three kayaks (2 single, one twin kayak), and (2) a "Sauna package" including a fabulous outdoor warmwater shower with a fabulous view . Drinkingwater comes from our own source and taste fantastic! Close to nice sea baths and possibility to go around Gula Vindövarvet, a beautiful walking path of 10 km through forest and along the sea. If you want to enjoy fresh air, peace & quiet, birds chiping and starry nights you've come to the right place!
