Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and its own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Lovely beautifully located cottage on Mörkö, high on a mountain with large terrace, sea view in several directions with wonderful sunset. The main house has a living room, kitchen, single bed, sofa bed and in the small cottage there are four beds with bunk beds. The house is secluded with nearby natural areas. Close to Engsholm Slott, Tullgarn Slott, Oaxen, Sörmlandsleden and nice nature. The cottage is located high on a mountain, which means several steps. 5 minutes to the jetty. No smoking. Hot water and toilet available.

Modern house on a sea plot with private jetty, secluded location

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Good fishing opportunities. The cottage is situated in quiet area with a nice hiking trail nearby. The nearest café and a small shop is about 3 km away. The nearest store and restaurant (with all rights) are located in Vårsta, 14 km from the cottage. Lida outdoor area is 15 km away and offers many activities.

Renovated holiday home with open plan and a magnificent view of Lake Sillen. A perfect place to relax. Large lawn and a terrace overlooking horse paddocks, plus a wood-fired sauna down by the lake. Barbecue available. The house is about 10 km from Trosa and equally far from Gnesta. Close to forests and several farm shops. 45 minutes by car from Stockholm. The house is a summer cottage, built in 1977 and renovated inside over the years. Some house-related items are stored on the property.

Bästa läge på mysiga Mörkö. Fantastiskt fritidshus med gästhus där alla bekvämligheter finns.. Två egna bryggor och 50 meter till sandstrand. Det finns 3 härliga uteplatser i olika väderstreck. En altan med stora umgängesytor under tak där underbara middagar kan intas i solnedgången, här finns även en stor loungegrupp att hänga vid. Ut mot farleden finns en trevlig uteplats vid ena bryggan med härlig morgonsol att inta frukosten vid . Badmöjligheter finns direkt från bryggan.
