The apartment is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom had a beautiful selection of toiletries, the kitchen was well equipped and with teas/coffee/sugar etc… The sofa with pull out bed was a great design feature that allowed us to set up the bed for our kids while retaining the use of the sofa. We arrived late from the airport and they still met us and showed us into the apartment. This made our check in very easy and pleasant. The area was very walkable and within easy reach of many restaurants, shops, and main areas of interest. We were very warm in the apartment even in mid-February! We would definitely rebook. Ognian’s apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Ognian was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Sofia!

Had an extremely pleasant stay at this apartment. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and Sergei was more than responsive and helpful about it. Upon arrival the host gave excellent instructions regarding entering the place. It was clean, tidy and full of all the things you might need during your stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! :)

The location was very central but on a peaceful, cozy street. The apartments are clean and modern designed. The host was prompt in answering. There are two parking lots but they are undergroung and be careful because in our case we couldn't park because we didn't enter in the car elevator due to the size of our car but no worries there are parking lots within the vicinity . Overall our staying was good, cozy and nice and the host was great, we definitely recommend it.

Very easy communication with the host. Location is top! Very quiet, in the morning you meet the beautiful sunrise with a great view from up high. Clean entrance, the apartment is very large and furnished fully enough for our 30 day stay. Thanks

Very affordable hotel in a peaceful part of Sofia. It is a short walk to all of the main things to do in the city. Ani is very quick to respond. Would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting Sofia

We had a lovely time staying Eva’a flat. The accommodation was very clean and had a homely feel, it comfortably accommodated 5 of us. The location was good, we were able to walk to a number of restaurant and sights. Eva was responsive when I messaged and left clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The apartment fits the description. It is situated in close proximity to Central Hali, literally in the city centre. The place is spacious and bright, having everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is well-maintained and has the required amenities. The property with the garden is perfect for enjoying a breakfast and some coffee outside. The owners are easily reachable and responsive.

I had a really nice time, everything is within walking distance, great parks, great restaurants, beautiful old houses,churches, museum..... Christine was very attentive,friendly and helpful, giving me lots of tips. I highly recommend her apartment..Next time I come to Sofia, I hope that this apartment is available and I can stay there again.

Perfect host and beautiful property. We have stayed in Sofia before, but this apartment is a much more central location than our previous stay. Very spacious with lovely wooden floors and comfortable beds. Peter is a great host, our flight was delayed and we got it at 4am, our host met us cheerfully as if it were mid day. Thank you Peter x
