Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

We booked Rumi’s place as a group of 14 for a stag do, knowing it was a 1-star property—and that’s exactly what we got, which was perfect for our needs! The house had plenty of beds, clean bathrooms, and was in a great location within walking distance to the city centre. Rumi provided clean towels, which we appreciated, and she was a great host—friendly and full of helpful local recommendations. The listing pictures are very accurate, so no surprises when you arrive. All in all, it was exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in Sofia. Thanks again, Rumi!

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Nice cozy apartment in a good location. Close to metro station and shopping mall, which was very convenient. The space is a bit tight for a family of four, but overall good value for money. Has all the basic amenities needed for a stay.

Удобная и тихая квартира в спальном районе города, в которой можно прекрасно провести время всей семьёй (особенно если есть машина). Во время проживания возникла проблема с ключом от ворот, которую Георгий оперативно решил, за что мы ему очень признательны!

Great place to spend time with friends. The place has everything needed and the location is amazing

Great location, so close to the metro and all of Sofia is easily reachable- the bus and train station as well are incredibly close to the apartment. The apartment is incredibly clean and perfect for a few nights. The wifi worked great and we could have not asked for more. Comfortable bed. Kitchen equipped enough for a few nights, more than I was expecting. The building itself is still under renovation but this did not take anything away from the apartment and did not bother us whatsoever. Would 100% recommend and will be back when in Sofia.

El lugar está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Además, estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual se agradece mucho. Kolay bulunan bir noktadaydı. Ev son derece düzenli ve temizdi. Ev sahibinin ilgisi güzeldi. Sayfada belirtilen olanaklar tam olarak doğruydu.Güzel bir deneyimdi ve keyifli vakit geçirdik. Konum olarak şehrin kalbine ve gezilecek yerlere 25 dakika civarında bir yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Otobüs ile de inilebilir ama biz yürümeyi tercih ettik. Çok yakınında alışveriş yapabileceğimiz bir zincir market şubesinin bulunması, evde kalınan süredeki yiyecek ve sair ihtiyaçların karşılanmasında büyük kolaylık sağladı. Özel otopark, bina kompleksinin iç avlusunda yer almaktadır. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Wir haben als Familie mit kleinen Kindern einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt für zweieinhalb Wochen gehabt. Die Unterkunft ist eine schöne, modernisierte Altbauwohnung, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Wir waren im Winter da und die Heizungen funktionierten alle super und es war angenehm warm. Nina war zu jeder Zeit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen und Anliegen. Ich kann die Unterkunft und Nina als Gastgeberin auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Très beau petit studio situé en plein cœur du centre actif de Sofia. Tout est accessible à pied ou par les nombreux arrêts de bus, tram et métro à proximité. Le studio est très bien pour 1 ou 2 personnes restant quelques jours pour découvrir la ville. Il est petit mais très bien équipé et aménagé ! Les instructions de Konstantina sont claires et elle est disponible pour répondre aux questions.
