The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

We booked Rumi’s place as a group of 14 for a stag do, knowing it was a 1-star property—and that’s exactly what we got, which was perfect for our needs! The house had plenty of beds, clean bathrooms, and was in a great location within walking distance to the city centre. Rumi provided clean towels, which we appreciated, and she was a great host—friendly and full of helpful local recommendations. The listing pictures are very accurate, so no surprises when you arrive. All in all, it was exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in Sofia. Thanks again, Rumi!

If you are looking for a house near Sofia, in some quiet place, with a big garden, well equipped kitchen, many rooms to sleep and nice barbecue area... this house would work just perfect. The communication with George was smooth. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Nice cozy apartment in a good location. Close to metro station and shopping mall, which was very convenient. The space is a bit tight for a family of four, but overall good value for money. Has all the basic amenities needed for a stay.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a cozy and warm soul. It has those little touches that makes it feel like home. Everything was fine and all the amenities one could need were available. The parking in the area is free so sometimes you may need to circle around some minutes before finding a free space but always something comes up and it’s in a relatively close distance.

Great location, so close to the metro and all of Sofia is easily reachable- the bus and train station as well are incredibly close to the apartment. The apartment is incredibly clean and perfect for a few nights. The wifi worked great and we could have not asked for more. Comfortable bed. Kitchen equipped enough for a few nights, more than I was expecting. The building itself is still under renovation but this did not take anything away from the apartment and did not bother us whatsoever. Would 100% recommend and will be back when in Sofia.

An excellent option for staying in Sofia. The apartment had everything you needed, everything was done very neatly and very clean. The location is also excellent, not far from the very center, so everything is within walking distance. The host is just wonderful, they will answer at any time and will do everything possible if you need something or need help.

Very nice little studio located in the heart of the active center of Sofia. Everything is accessible on foot or by the many bus, tram and metro stops nearby. The studio is very good for 1 or 2 people staying a few days to explore the city. It is small but very well equipped and furnished! Konstantina's instructions are clear and available to answer any questions.
