Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sofia City Province

I had a wonderful stay at Petia and Smilen’s place! The apartment is very nice and cosy, located in a quiet area and just a short walk from the park. The bus station is conveniently right next to the building, which made getting around very easy. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt just like home. Petia and Smilen are lovely hosts—kind, welcoming, and responsive. I’m very happy and grateful for the experience, and I would gladly come back again!

Boryana is a great host! It was a big pleasure to communicate with her and I had no issues during my stay at her place. The apartment is also good - looks brand new and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I liked the location too. It’s within a modern district with some good restaurants and shops nearby. Walkable to Bulgaria mall. Mountain views from the balcony as a bonus :) Can recommend for anyone looking for a good value for money option stay in Sofia.

Останахме много доволни от престоя ни. Единствената ни препоръка би била смяната на матриците на леглата. Всичко останало беше прекрасно. Благодарим на Рая за всичко. Нищо не ни липсваше.

Ognian’s apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Ognian was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout. Highly recommend this place if you're staying in Sofia!

I had a wonderful stay at Vesi’s place! The apartment is lovely—bright, full of natural light, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is great, just a short walk to the metro, which made getting around Sofia very easy. I truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend!

Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Todo lo que diga es poco. Hemos probado varios alojamientos en Sofía y en los alrededores y este sin duda ha sido el mejor. Sin ningún gran lujo pero con todo lo necesario y lleno de detalles (té variados, café, tostadas, gel, toallas, cepillos de dientes, bastoncillos para los oídos, libros ...) tal cual como a nosotros nos gusta. Con los anfitriones muy cerca para cualquier cosa que necesitas y a la vez muy discretos. Dorothy y su familia son muy entrañables. Ha sido un verdadero placer. Si en un futuro volvemos por el lugar volveremos allí, sin ninguna duda.

Dimitar est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ses parents dans la maison voisine sont aussi très sympathiques et sont là si besoin. Tous parlent anglais. La maison est grande, agréable, conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est présente sur le rez de chaussée mais pas à l'étage (chambres). Cependant, malgré les fortes chaleurs, nous avons pu avoir de la fraîcheur en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le jardin est grand et agréable avec du mobilier de jardin, une tonnelle et un grand arbre pour être à l'ombre. Il y a aussi un barbecue. A savoir tout de même: Dans 2 salles de bains sur 3, il n'y a pas de pare douche donc pas évident de ne pas tout mouillé (d'ailleurs on a pris nos douches dans la 3ème chambre). Et de temps en temps la nuit, on entend les chiens du quartier aboyer si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais notre cerveau s'habitue ... Merci Dimitar pour tout ...

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It’s very cosy and clean, with great design, you feel like home. When you open the windows you hear a relaxing river sounds! The garden is perfect for morning coffee. You have your own private parking spot. You have everything you need in the kitchen and living room! Recommend

Great place - also for larger groups. Two cosy units. Close to the centre. Lively area, but once inside you can feel at home. Great host that helped with everything we could have asked for.

We had a fantastic stay at Plamenka's apartment and I can honestly say that she's one of the best hosts I have ever experienced! Plamenka was always responsive, friendly and forthcoming and there for us when we had questions. The flat is squeaky clean, very charming and cosy, with really everything that one needs for a lovely stay in Sofia at hand. Despite it's very central location, it's really calm and quiet and just very inviting, comfortable and cosy. The metro station is about 5-6 minutes of walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants around the corner from and it just feels like you're in the centre of the city, but still able to enjoy the calmness of the flat. We're looking forward to hopefully staying at the flat again soon and can honestly only recommend it to everyone looking for a lovely place to stay while visiting Sofia. :) Thank you for everything, Plamenka! :)

Прекарахме няколко дни там и успяхме да се почувстваме като у дома си. Апартаментът беше оборудван с всичко необходимо в банята, кухнята и спалнята. Има пералня, ютия, дъска за гладене и сешоар. Бихме ви посетили отново.

What an absolute fabulous apartment, from the amazing entrance onwards top class apartments, every thing could need provided, kitchen stocked with lots of items, nice hand wash and shampoo, very quiet with triple glazing, TV with netflix and other digital channels, will come again, thanks

Nadia’s place is fantastic. Lots of lights and power outlets. Comfortable floor plan. Nice sized kitchen and bathroom. A short walk from public transit, shopping and restaurants. Quiet, well secured location. I highly recommend Nadia’s place for your next trip to Sofia.

Отличная квартира, но да аэропорта пешком не дойти

l appartamento è nuovissimo, in un palazzo appena ristrutturato, si è al 12 piano con ascensore e si gode di una vista a 360 gradi sulla città! ampi spazi interni dotati di tutti i comfort, camere spaziose e grandi bagni forniti di tutto. sicuramente da consigliare ad altri ospiti! grazie all host!

Great apartment. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was very good and walkable to many tourist spots. Easy access to many public transportation options near by. Lyubo was very responsive and provided great support all the time. I highly recommend this apartment.
