Lovely cottage with 3 bedrooms and loft in a fantastic area. Here is a great take off point for many fine experiences. Short way to Sogndal and Luster. Large water park 25 min drive away, (Lustrabadet) and many amazing gems along the Sogne/Lustrafjorden. Heating cables in every room, and a fireplace in the living room. Firewood included. Football fields 2 min away. About 5 km to the store. This is a small paradise, which is very suitable for families. 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room, loft

The apartment is located 3.5 km from the center of Balestrand, where there are shops, an aquarium, museum and cool cafes. From Balestrand you can travel with speed boat to Bergen. We offer plenty of space in our garden, relax on the bench located on the "rock" with a view of the fjord and the neighboring village. Do you want to barbecue? Velkommen til en stor, flott hytte i naturskjønne omgivelser. Gratis parkering til mange biler. Sengeklær og håndkle er inkl. i leien. 3 stuer, 2 bad og 5 soverom (hvor sengene er ferdig oppredd) . Varmbåren gulv-varme, peis. Sentralt, men skjermet. Perfekt utgangspunkt for fjellturer om sommeren og toppturer/randonee om vinteren, utflukter til fjord og breer eller sykkelsti og "pumptrack". Villa Holmen 2 Very central in Balestrand

A very nice house built 1980. It´s very spacious and has a good location right in the center of Balestrand. From the living room there´s a beautiful view to the mountains and the terrace is secluded and nice. 400 meters away there is a perfect sandy and children-friendly beach. Great hiking opportunities. Restaurants, grocery stores and cafées two minutes walk from house. Children friendly house. We have baby beds, strollers, chairs for children, some toys and toddler cutlery.
