Urban and Scenic

The house is 150 years old and recently completely renovated with a delicious mix of old charm and modern design. A peaceful place, with the river and nature just outside the living window, at the same time within 10 minutes walking distance to Eigersund city centre and 20 min to the train station. There is plenty of space in the living room for more than 5 guests and upon request and an addition to the price, two rooms +bathrooms in the basement can be disposed so that there will be 10 beds. Some details of the home remain once the photos were taken, but will be completed before hosting.

There are no restaurants here! Ballbinge, football field, disc golf and swimming area perfect for the kids. Salmon the river right by the house,and you can buy a fishing license digitally through Inatur. no Dagkort for fishing NOK 150. Nearby hikes, Brufjell, Roligheden, Osen, Kjerringhaka and damn's play table to mention a few.
