The apartment is on the 5th floor ( m elevator) of 70 sqm and close to Madla amfi shopping center. There is a delicious glazed terrace of 19 sqm . There are also nice hiking areas and close to Møllebukta . There is parking outside the block as well as good bus connection into Stavanger city center which is about 4 km . The apartment got a renovation 2 years ago painting and grinding parquet in the living room, hallway and the one single bedroom. Has and a double. .lays out when there is an oil fair from Aug. 26 to 29. O.k from 25 Aug.

We rent out a large room in our house, with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There are two recliners, a coffee table and a work table. There are good beds, a big double bed- 200 cm, and a single bed-90 cm. Entrance with code lock and free parking. We live close to the center of Sola and the airport, and there is a bus from there that stops near our house. In the room there is a small fridge with a freezer, microwave and kettle, tea and coffee. There is access to electric car charger, against an addition to the price.

With its location within walking distance from Sola airport, Solastranden and Sola beach hotel, it is an incredibly handsome apartment for those who want to experience nice beaches or Stavanger from a slightly different perspective. Newly renovated apartment by Hafrsfjord. The hiking trail along Hafrsfjord goes outside the house, which also has its own pier and bathing area. Many great hiking opportunities in the area. 3 km to walk along the sea to "Sword in mountains", and about 1 km to the sauna at Sunde. This one can be ordered. Good bus connection to Stavanger city center. 5 min bus ride to Madla amfi shopping center, and 20 min to the city center. Free parking.
