We did a little staycation in Fallbrook for a friend's wedding and Phyllis's place was AMAZING! Absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and felt like a home away from home. It was a little tricky navigating the windy road up arriving in the dark, but once we did it once it was easy! Everything inside was easy to find with labels and Phyllis was so thoughtful with some snacks and wine left out for us. I was so sad we didn't get to spend more time at the house since we spent all day on Saturday getting ready for the wedding and attending wedding festivities. I love Monserate Winery and would love to come back here to properly relax and enjoy the scenery and Monserate! Thanks so much, Phyllis!

Jamal's home is beautiful with a 360 view, comfortable and spacious. Great location! Would recommend anyone staying in SD to visit this home! The neighbors were friendly. I especially appreciated the parking and safety!

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

Ciaras place is spectacular! The decor, the linens, the outside space was amazing. Great views. The listing doesn't do it justice! There are so many little extras that made this vacation one of the best. Great location, easy access to the freeway and all these great beach towns. I will definitely be back. Thanks Ciara.

This place was so lovely abs restful. The Internet was great for working from home and the yard was perfect for our pups. Walking distance to the beach and lots of fun restaurants. We would highly recommend this place in Oceanside!

My family stayed here for a few days while in town for a reunion, what a great place! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for three people, a fully functional kitchen, and a porch with a stunning view of the woods surrounding the house. The neighborhood was safe and very hip, and easy to walk around. John recommended the ice cream place nearby and it did not disappoint. The house is also very close by to the museums in Balboa Park, and a very easy drive to several nearby beaches. Communication with John and his son was easy and immediate, they were great hosts! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family of 7 (aged teenage to adult) stayed here. The view was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the front spacious balcony with ocean views and abundant seating. We also liked that it was a bit setback from the road (over the garage entrance). The living room with sectional & large coffee table was perfect for game night. We also utilized the kitchen and grill, which had everything we needed for a delicious home cooked dinner. We walked a whole bunch along the strand, which is so much fun. It’s close to the pier and lots of great restaurants. We were able to use the beach gear and quickly realized that we hadn’t needed to bring anything from home. The beach locker had multiple beach chairs and just about everything you would need for a fun day at the beach. The rental had a good stock of beach towels and regular towels as well. Overall, an amazing experience. We would absolutely rent here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The hosts truly thought of everything, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts went out of their way to be accommodating and hospitable. The pool was a huge hit with our kids, and every detail-from the amenities to the little thoughtful touches-made our stay extra special. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it! We can't wait to come back.

We had the best stay at Casa Nera! The house was even better than the photos. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were super comfy. Perfect, peaceful spot for us to relax for spring break!

Great house! Denise was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Plenty of space for my sister and her bridesmaids to relax and get ready for her wedding. Would stay again!

As others have said, Elmar is a great host and the property was beautiful. We loved the view of the orchards from the patio. Our elderly parents especially appreciated all the citrus from the property that Elmar generously shared with us. Meandering through the grapefruit groves brought them back to their agricultural roots. Furnishings and accessories were all very tasteful and reminiscent of boutique hotel decor. We were there for an engagement party and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and hang out around the massive dining table and the outdoor patio. Wished we could have stayed longer to relax and just enjoy the space.

I had an amazing stay! The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short drive to the airport, making travel a breeze. One of the highlights was the farmers market held on the weekend just around the corner—great for fresh produce, local goods, and a fun atmosphere. The space itself was comfortable and welcoming, and I couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax after exploring the area.

Amazing property right off the water. They offer onsite parking but there is also plenty of street parking if no onsite is available. The host was super responsive and accommodating for our last minute booking. The unit was super clean, great balcony overlooking the water. This is definitely a must stay for anyone coming to visit Carlsbad.

Where do I start. Juli is AMAZING to work with. She is TRULY a GEM. I feel like we've gained a life-long friend (as odd as that sounds). Her communication is SUPERB. She is full of ideas, recommendations, and just all out GREAT ADVICE. She was our first Airbnb booking and she made the process absolutely seamless. She had outstanding ideas and recommendations to local grocery stores, things to do, etc. She explained the check-in process in AMAZING detail and we had no questions going in. She was always available to reach out to if we needed ANYTHING and gave the BEST advice. Thank you, Juli -- for an AMAZING week full of memories. This was our FIRST family trip as a group of 7 and we can't wait to make this a regular thing. You truly are the BEST to work with!!

This villa was amazing. Basically a one bedroom suite with an attached standard hotel room. Four Seasons 5 star service all the way. All amenities were available including room service and daily maid service if wanted. Will stay next time we’re down visiting family in the area. Thanks Rita!

Shawn was incredibly warm and helpful from the day we booked until the day we checked out. She went above and beyond to help answer questions, accommodate our needs, and offer support while we planned our small family wedding at Blade and Bloom. She sent us kind, thoughtful messages and offered help with things like the gate schedule before we even had to think about that detail. 10/10, I can’t imagine a better place than Blade and Bloom to enjoy a celebration weekend with loved ones. The property is unbelievably beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Shawn and John did not spare any details inside the home either- just incredible. We had everything we needed and more. At least 7 of our guests asked for the booking link for themselves, and we hope to book it for ourselves again someday, too! Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Great place to stay. Has all the amenities one would need for their trip. The amazing pool and backyard kept the adults and children entertained all weekend. Only 25 mins to downtown. Paul is an excellent communicator. Quickly addressed minor issues we had. Super helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view and surroundings. Huge restroom which is always great with rainfall shower head 🤗. Do expect a deposit to be charged at time of check in and the resort will try to get you to buy a time share with them.
