Monthly Rentals in Solbacken

Really good space in a quiet and well-locate neighbourhood about 7 minutes by cab from the city centre and central station, with a supermarket nearby. Room was small but super clean and well stocked, with everything working. The coworking space is really nice with a garden that adds to the experience; the laundry and gym are super useful too.

We stayed in Malmo for the Eurovision and accommodation was in short supply but we lucked out with this apartment. Around 30 minutes walk to the Arena and the Hyllie station with lots of restaurants and shopping in the Emporia. The apartment was in a new block in a recently developed area. Spacious and very clean. Good kitchen and supermarket just 100m away was perfect. The area is predominantly residential so you have to go into Hyllie for restaurants etc but there is a regular bus service with the stop a five minute walk. Centre of Malmo is easy train ride from Hyllie. Our host met us at the entrance to the block and talked us through how the security worked and it all felt very safe. We needed to change our arrival date and this was not an issue at all for our hosts. One small piece of negative feedback is that the dining chairs need to be repaired as the spindles on the back have become loose. That apart, it was a great stay and I would happily stay there again.

The apartment provided by Tobias was cozy, cool, so we really enjoyed it and its design and balcony. Everything was top, Tobias was very helpful and offered a free extra bed what we appreciated a lot. Price-quality-location 10/10 p.s. the hall and kitchen area are really smaller than in real life, I would say twice smaller - it was a nice surprise.
