En la terraza privada hay una plancha para poder cocinar en el exterior (aparte de la cocina en el interior), una gran mesa comedor con sillas, dos tumbonas para el descanso y una toma de agua para refrescarse. Todo un lujo en pleno centro de la ciudad. Igualmente tiene acceso a la otra terraza compartida con otros inquilinos, si lo desea.
