Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you have all to yourself. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

The cottage is a fully equipped and comfortable living idyll all year about where you live all by yourself. Private and very quiet location at Dämstasjön. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the swimming area and the boat. There are plenty of fishing waters, berry and mushroom fields, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm there are sheep and you are most welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me on hand without me disturbing you.

A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizzeria, is 2.5 km from the property. 12 km to Skuleskogens national park. 7 km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and jetties, Almsjöbadet.

About 10 km to Sollefteå which has one of Sweden's best and most complete ski facilities (ski tracks, ski slope and biathlon). Close access to hiking, biking (downhill) and an unbeatable nature. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Has a slightly private location and is close to a stream so you can hear the hill's noise. Located behind the farm's barn building. Dogs and cats are also welcome in this cottage. Also has its own outhouse. Guests have access to a service area located in the barn. There is a large, complete kitchen and bathroom. Relax in this peaceful home in rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields of Berga village. Within a few km there is the sea, Bergafjärdens beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The Njurunda urban area with shops and communication (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
