Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Nice walking trails that easily take you to the river's edge for fishing or Sollefteå golf course for a nice round and/or a good meal with drinks. Sollefteå city center is about 15 minutes away by car.
