También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Single-story house with easy access located in the center of the Sóller Valley built on a 1500m2 plot. It has access to park the car in the same entrance. This is an independent, quiet and noise-free house. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and full bathroom, TV (+Satellite), DVD, Wifi, Radio and many more amenities. Outside there is a large garden with barbecue (with firewood) and swimming pool. There are also two bicycles available to customers.

The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days on the beach in Puerto de Sóller where you can enjoy all the activities you want. It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, therefore it is an ideal starting point for hiking routes.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
