After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you're looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, you've come to the right place! You can end the evening here relaxing on the sofa, in the tub or with a sauna session. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Magdalenenhof am Huywald - Kornboden with a view

The "Magdalenenhof am Huywald" is one of six so-called "Vollackerhöfen" from which Dingelstedt originated. The house was built in 1727 and is now a listed building. The Huywald (one of the largest beech forests in Europe) is a few minutes' walk away and invites you to take long walks. Cyclists will also get their money's worth. In Dingelstedt, a bike path starts that was built on an old railway line.
