The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then 100 kr/salmon. Rowboat is included. To Vimmerby center where shops, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy and playland are located it is about 5 km and to Astrid Lindgren's World as well as Astrid Lindgren's Näs it is about 6 km.
