The house is 56 square meters and has WIFI, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a hot tub, a kitchen with an oven, a living room with a 43-inch TV with cable directv, a comfortable sofa, a desk for working, outdoor space for relaxing, a stove and grill for barbecuing, and parking.

It is a large house (around 250 m2, considering exteriors), composed of a large living room, dining room and kitchen and guest bathroom, with furniture in hardwood work. The three bedrooms are spacious and each has a full bathroom. Two of these are located in the outer corridor. The exteriors include terraces, one elevated, corridors that connect rooms with exit to the patio and an area for a fire pit and barbecue.
