Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Vores skønne villa ligger på en stor, privat og rolig grund kun 150 m fra stranden og 1 km til indkøb. Haven er fyldt med underholdning til børn i alle aldre. Der er trampolin, legetårn, legehus og forskellige havespil. Om sommeren har vi også sat en pool op (ikke opvarmet). Derudover byder haven også på spiseområde og loungeområde hvor du kan nyde et koldt glas vin i solen. Babyseng kan sættes op ved forespørgsel.

Familievenligt og hyggeligt 2 plans rækkehus med plads op til 5-6 personer og jeres hund(e). I vil være tæt på næsten alt, når I bor her, indkøb, S-tog til byen (30 min til Kbh H), motorvej, strand og skov. Stue og køkken er forbundet af et "bar"område som er optimalt til hyggelige stunde. Der er 1,5 km til stranden, 1 km til centeret og s-toget mod København/Køge, 1 km til lokal svømmehal og 1 km til motorvejen.
