Auf dem knatschenden Echtholz-Parkett geht es links zu Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich, rechts durch die Küche auf die Dachterrasse. Das kleine Wannenbad geht dann als Teambuilding-Massnahme durch. ;-)

Das Bett hat die Maße 200 cm x 160 cm. Vor dem großen Südfenster befindet sich eine Terrasse (9 m²). Wenn es mehr als 2 Gäste sind, gibt es Matratzen, für das Wohnzimmer. Ausstattung Küchen-Inventar, „was man so braucht“; zwei Induktionskochplatten; Mini-Backofen; Waffeleisen. Fernseher (über Sat-Anlage).

Look forward to a wonderful time in a modern, bright, cozy loft directly above the horse stable - on our small farm in the middle of the enchanting Lüneburg Heath. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here. Horses, cats and chickens live with us on the farm as well as two child-loving dogs who will welcome you enthusiastically. The famous Heidschnuckenweg leads right past the farm. But Heidepark, Snow Dome and Kartbahn are also just around the corner. About 50 min. to HH.

A small, bright and friendly semi-detached house in a simple, Nordic style with its own entrance and green terrace for your own use awaits you. And this in the middle of Soltau, in the beautiful Lüneburg Heath. The apartment was refurbished and renovated at the end of 2018. From here, excursions to Heide Park, the Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, the Designer Outlet, the city center and much more are possible! Also suitable for relatives of patients of the very nearby clinics.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Vacation home "Am Hang"

This small, newly renovated and modern apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Bad Fallingbostel. From here, well-known amusement parks such as Heide Park - Soltau, Serengeti - Park Hodenhagen or the World Bird - Park Walsrode can be reached quickly and easily by car. The cities of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen are easily accessible by car, but also by train. The heart of our Lüneburg Heath is the beautiful old town of Lüneburg and is always worth a visit.

Here you can enjoy our mini-farm, pet our animals, stroll through the surrounding forests and experience other adventures. Behind the house, a beautiful lake, Lake Flüggenhof, awaits you! Domicile for relaxation

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.
