Perfect for vacationers and business travelers who appreciate comfort and central location. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a completely renovated Wilhelminian style house.

House overlooking Weimar, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our small lovingly designed brick house, right by the vineyard, in our large park-like private property you can relax. The day can start with a breakfast and a good cup of coffee, for example at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views. The bedroom with large double bed is located upstairs in the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well-behaved and joyfully welcomes all guests.

In the middle of the city center above the rooftops of Weimar, super centrally located on Herderplatz, the spacious 140 m² 4-room duplex apartment is located in the attic. A large roof terrace overlooking the castle lets the evenings end comfortably with wine. They are located when leaving the house right downtown with many cafes, restaurants and attractions. A baker for the breakfast rolls is right around the corner.

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
